Any suggestions on avoiding iced up doors, or do i need some new seals.....................

Check your factor for silicone stick (liquid silicone with a sponge on the top) and rub it on the door seals. Costs a few quid at most.

Spray furniture polish will do a similar job. ;)

my neigbour has a lexus and he pulled the door handle clean off yesterday cos door frozen shut lol

I've been using Vaseline on my seals  :-/ Seems to be working ok  ;)

Vaseline is petroleum based and will, over aperiod of time damage rubber. Best to stick to silicone spray.
