Thanks to everyone who help me diagnose that my cooling pipes needed replacing on my 24v Cosworth.

I just thought everyone might like to know that the cooling pipes are no longer available from Ford and the gearbox specialist I am using is having to get some manufactured from an engineering company. hopefully they will be better than Ford's which are crap!
No idea of the cost yet, but will let you know in due course.

You can just cut the old pipes back to a good section and put some reinforced rubber pipe in securing with jubilee clips . It has been done by many members, quite easy to do and the pressure in the pipes is not very high.
