Title: Re: Scorpio Mk 1 Rear Springs Post by adrian1981 on Mar 8th, 2010, 9:16pm I ask this because i want to install a rubber buffer between the rear spring and the lower arm,in order to raise the car a little bit, because the potholes in Romania look like the roads have been bombarded. Anyway, these hard rubber buffers will fit under the rear springs of a mk1 Scorpio perfectly,so,i'm interested if they will fit under my springs too. |

OK, so if the spring diameter is the same you're fine. It makes a difference if it's the pre or post facelift. According to the Lesjofors online catalogue (http://automotive.lesjoforsab.com) the mk3 springs are until 1991 171mm and 92- 134mm. The Scorpio 95 springs are 141mm. |
