Hi everybody,

i wonder where the plugs for the Ultrasonic sensors and license-plate lights are, so i can remove the rear bumper. I cannot find any plug anywhere near the rear bumper. The cables go from the sensors / light straight into the trunk...

I drive a 5-97 build notchback.

hi mate, they are normally tooked inside the rear beam, you can sometimes pop out the number plate lights and pull cable and the plug follows (watch the clip on the lights dont brake!!)

other way is to try and undo the normally rusted torxs screws and as the bumper comes away reach behind and unclip them
