Title: Typical Innit

Typical.
A few days before Harewood and the water pump on my 2.3 starts throwing it's toys out the pram.

I have a brand new one (OE part not pattern) arriving tomorrow (Fri) £32 (is that cheap ? )

Is there any pitfalls/problems in doing the swap other than airlocks that I need to know about ?

Better it did it now Rodders than half way up the M1 !! That pump must be one of the most accessible and straightforward jobs on the Scorp, much better than the 2.9 where you have horrible bolts seized into aluminium.Whip that intake box off for better access (5 mins).See you Sunday.

IF you have  an airlock problem the 'Jonnycab' method is in the 'How to do things' section. Enjoy Harewood.

hi there

just watch how much you pull the rubber pipes about as they're getting on a bit now. you don't want to split them as they're about £50 from ford (if available still).
