Can anyone recommend which type to use ??

I think I saw somewhere to use dextron 3 ?

Dexron III and if you want to play 100% safe, add a bottle of Lubeguard Mercon V additive.

Changed mine about eighteen months ago.

Used Comma AQ202, meets Ford spec

And this AQ202 is a Mercon V spec oil.
