Hello could anyone tell me where the relay is for the speed sensative steering is. The one thats by the glove box. i can see 2 relays a yellow one theres a blue conector thats empty and a green relay

According to this page.... http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/aux_relays.gif ....it's the green one R37 :)

Thanks for that JC, what goes in the blue socket, could it be for the air compressor or the headlamp washer

According to This (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/aux_relays.gif) it's for the headlamp washers as JC suggests. :)
