Just of late lights on both switches are flickering on and off, most of the time they are off I think I know how to change led's but why would both sides be affected at the same time, of course I can live with this but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like some suspect wiring or a loose plug . Check where the wires come through the pillars and into the door especially the drivers side. make sure the plug is clean and properly seated.

Have you had any of the plugs wiring apart recently?
