Will the Shut off loom / coils/ ht leads from a 2.0 fit straight onto a 2.3 ?

Yep  ;)...as long as it's a 2.0 16V.

The 2.3 & 2.0 16v share the same coil packs, HT leads & fuel shut off loom  :)

Not sure about the 2.0 8v though  :-/

One of the temp senders only uses 1 wire on the 2.0 so you will need to earth the sensor since it can't earth through the plastic manifold.

The 2.0 loom will fit the 2.3 but as mentioned above the temp sender will need an earth and the air intake sensor plug will need changing as the 2.3 uses a different sensor .

The shutoff loom is  an easy job to do if you have a ramp otherwise you will need long skinny bendy arms  ;) :)
