Yeah - everywhere I've ever been they always try and give me a round post 60ah battery for my Cosworth. They always look surprised when I say it's the wrong battery. "It's what's listed in the book" they say. Well the books wrong then isn't it! |

Hard to find square post batteries now - think they were only used on Fords - you can get the converters from ebay or Maplins. |

Title: Re: On Board Trip Comp Post by Snoopy on Jan 11th, 2011, 8:10am The type of terminal is known as ype 1+19 which are the flat ones in the correct polarity BANNER BATTERIES (http://www.bannerbatterien.com/banner/home/index_en.php) I used them for my scorpio as they supply different power ratings and easy to locate. |

Title: Re: On Board Trip Comp Post by lesterlad aka Rodders on Jan 21st, 2011, 8:43am That's correct Kev. Only the drivers window will close on 'one touch'. All others open on 'one touch' but not close, that's how it is on mine anyway. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this. |
