I'm trying to remove the front foglight/indicator units on the doner car but can't figure out which side to pull out first, .........is it the outer or inner side of the unit ?

The removal of the 'indicator only' unit on mine came off very easily by prising the outer side out first but the combined units on the doner seem as if they don't want to budge.
Is there any difference in the retaining clip configuration of the two types ?

Rodders, The details are Here (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/handbook124.gif). Once you release the indicator you will see a Phillips screw holding the larger fog unit. Once that is undone the remaining unit will come out. There is a 'tang' on the other end to locate it. :)
