just out of interest has anyone ever stuck a rover v8 engine in a scorpio. if so how easy is it ?

liking v8's at the moment ;D id be looking to tune it aswell and dont think the v6 cosworth would be that good for tuning and getting more power out of . but i may be wrong ???

i know of 3 BOB's running nearly 600 bhp in twin turbo format

the rover v8 would need money spending on it to get it to the BOB's standard power to start with (the 4.6 has the same bhp if you did a couple of little tweeks to a BOB)

I put a Rover V8 in a cortina Mk 3 some years back,, no real hassles with that. the engine mounts were a hibrid rover/ford,  Shoudnt think there would be much difference as the engine bays are much the same size.
