Post by ro284 on Mar 29th, 2011, 8:45pm
Hoping to go on a long trip soon in my 2-9, 12v the car has only done around 75k, but i have no idea when the last oil change was done, so hoping to change air filter, alternator belt, oil filter, and oil, would you guys reccomend Magnatec? (iv'e heard some good reports.) if so what grade? or just use castrol gtx?
cheers

Bob.
No fancy lubricant is required for the wonderful low stressed 12v,5w30 semi synthetic for about a tenner from the factors is more than sufficient, any more is a complete waste.  8)
