Ive just put H&R springs on mine and its really sharpened up the cornering

ok I believe that, but I have one front shock failing little bit, so I want to upgrade both of them.

Mk3  shocks are different , they  have  thinner " tubes"  and no bracket for the anti roll bar link

If I weld anti roll bar bracket to them? :) Will they go then?

The diameter of the shock is smaller on the Granada version, they will be too small for the Scorpio hubs, so no, welding a bracket won't help, you would need to fit Granada hubs
