This morning I have booked my car into KwikFit, Brettel Lane, Brierley Hill, West Midlands for a recharge at the winter price of £29. My apointment is for early on Friday morning 22nd. March. Prices are about to increase to summer rates of about £49.

I had my aircon recharged by KwikFit at the end of Feb for £29.00. I booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior via internet. When I arrived at the right time on the right day the supervisor said "Sorry cant do it as there is only one engineer who is trained to use the machine and it is his day off" I asked why no-one had called or emailed me(they had both number and email address) and the guy said it was a flaw in the system!! I took the car back next morning and the job was done to my satisfaction. I sent a rather venomous email to KwikFit HQ and was rewarded with a telephone appology and £30.00 in vouchers with no expiry date, so effctively a free recharge.
