Couldn't help my self and bought a 1995 Scorpio Cosworth Ghia the other day...
I'm very pleased with it apart from some minor issues.
The most annoying "problem" is the lenghtwise adjustment of the drivers seat. I would like to have about another inch of rearward movement to accommodate my long legs. Is there any simple solution avaialable?
In my previous Scorpios the problem hasn't been that obvious since they have been "regular" Scorpios without the fully eclectically adjustable leather seats that this beaut has...

In essence remove the rear plastic hinge protectors if fitted. At the front just below the cushion unbolt the 2 forward facing bolts, tip the seat back, unbolt the rear hinge brackets & turn them round (think you have to swap sides). I’ve always found I either have to open the alternative hole in the base or file a bit of the locating peg of the bracket. You’ll be disturbing the airbag plug so you should follow the warning in this PDF that shows seat removal:

The brackets you turn (assuming it’s not already been done) are arrowed item 7.
It looks in that PDF as though you may also move the front bracket (arrowed item 4) as there appears to be an extra hole each side – I don’t remember doing that but it seems logical.

Did the dirty deed today and can add some useful hints.
Things needed: Metric spanner 13mm, Torx T40, 2 counter sunk M8, (or 5/16) bolts 15-20mm long and 2 nuts and washers to suit.

No need to take the seat out of the car since you can easily access everything when the front and rear bolts holding the seat to the adjusting mechanism are removed.

When you change sides on the rear brackets you need to cut or grind down the locating dowels on the brackets approximately 2 mm on each side in order to make them fit in the center hole that is threaded for an M8 bolt.
The 2 M8 bolts and nuts are needed here as well since the extra holes in the base aren't threaded.

The front bracket can be left untouched. The seat adjustment mechanism will accept this, you will loose some height adjustment but for me it worked out OK. The front bracket can however be moved also if you require even more rearward adjustability, but you then have to trim the actual seat undercarriage with an angle grinder to gain clearance for the adjustment hinges and levers.

You should still  be able to use the middle threaded hole for attachment with the existing bolt & turn the brackets & switch sides so the peg changes from the back hole to the front hole.
