does anyone know how hard/easy it is to fit the insulator bushes on a facelift scorpio?

I managed it without the extractor or longer bolt.
The ones I’ve seen on ebay & elsewhere aren’t the same as were on my 2.3 saloon.

Are yours noticeably worn, it made no difference on mine as far as I could tell.
