Can somebody please help?

The Cigar lighter and heated seats, fuse 43 Bty side fuse box, keeps on blowing. As the cigar lighter is permanently live this worries me as I suspect a short, however I have no idea as to where to start to look

Mike. Check the connection/wiring around the cigar lighter. Common source.
