The blower is full on all the times even in the off position. Error code shows 02. I did a reset but it made no difference. Is there anything to try other than replaing things?

If you have other faults like no interior lights & instrument reset (needles flick round) fuse 17.

02 is Blower switch or air distribution switch defective but these descriptions can be deceptive. It could just be the ribbon cable behind the heater control panel not properly latched.

Thanks, the only other fault is that the brake lights are always on but very dim. The fusebox looks dry
