Does any one know where I could buy such a cable? I want to try out my Gunson fault finder and it will not work off the 3 pin connection under the bonnet. I have the 1995 2.9 12 valve that uses the EEC 1V PCM.

It does not tell me where to get a lead and incidentally I can not make head or tails of the last two links shown at the bottom

Try Maplins or some other electronic spares place for the plugs... As for the other two links.....tell the site admin and see if they can update the links. but this site is so big checking every link would take for ever.....

I've got same problem. Was just looking at a Draper Fault Code Reader Part No 68082 (Draper.co.uk)
and they say its suitable for this car.
After reading your post, I'm not so sure now.
