At this price I am wondering if it's the correct lead. I am sure that the price mentioned on this site was much higher than this Buy It Now price.

hi there

yes and no! 'our' leads from alex pepper (obd-2.com) use the VE software. only these leads will work with his software.

most of the leads on ebay are for some other type of software.

Sent the ebay seller a msg asking what software it is, but possibly looks like this one:- http://www.digimoto.com/

There's a free version available, but at that price it's no problem to buy it just for the sake of seeing what the software diagnoses, and still get the pukka gear as well.
