Title: Scorpio 2.0 16V 1995 - no connection Post by kanor on May 20th, 2006, 1:27pm I'm staring to get a litle desperate here so I hope someone can give me some tips... ??? I can't get any connection and this is what I have tried: With a combined PWM/ISO lead from www.obd-2.com i tried all sugestions on this forum about correct settings in the software, but no connection. Same cable and computer with direct RS-232 connection works fine on my second car WV Golf who uses ISO. I then suspected the cable so I returend an got a new one from Alex, but still same problem so I returned it and got the money back and ordered a ElmScan5 interface from http://www.myscantool.com But still no connection although I have tried with both ProScan and PCMSCAN software. Also this Interface works fine on my VW Golf with ISO. The ElmScan5 shows that I have power out from the car and The LEDs for ODB RX and Tx are blinking. No I have run out of ideas, SO PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE WHERE TO START CHECKING FOR FAULTS ON MY CAR SINCE MY NIGHTSLEEP IS GETTING POORER.... :-/ :-/ |
