ElmScan 5 Scan Tool cannot define mine scorpio98 2.3 :-[

If you are refering to this

it should work ok

with PWM standard you connect to the PCM (powertrain control module - or EEC-V) and with the ISO standard you can read the ABS error codes (if anny)

Does the elmscan5 have any jumper settings.

the pins in the plug are ok such as on EEC V.
I shall try to change jumper settings on the elmscan5 ???
