Hi All,

Can i purchase a CD to load onto my laptop so that i could then using the correct lead plug the cars diagnostic port from the drivers glove box into my laptop so that I can run the diagnostic checks myself? If so how much and where can I get it and the correcvponding lead with a USB connector at one end to plug into my laptop and the correct fitting the other end to plug into my Scorpio

most of us are using the lead/software from alex pepper..... www.obd-2.com

I want to order the correct cable for full diagnostics (including ABS, etc) from www.obd-2.com

What do I ask him for exactly?

and what is the best software needed?

hi there

you want the trican lead.

the software you download from the same site. when you get your lead, you will receive a password to 'unlock' the VE software.
