Title: Scan Cossie in Woking area? Post by Jeff on Apr 28th, 2009, 12:10am Not sure if I know what I'm asking here. I have a fault developing on the transmission of my Cosworth and I think plugging in to the OBD might point to the problem. I have looked through some of the posts on the subject and on the one hand it would appear purchasing a lead is all I need to get scanning, but on the other it doesn't look that straight forward. Can anyone help here? If I ask someone who is already wired for sound as it were to have a look at mine, is that as simple as it sounds or is that a major exercise? I'm not trying to get a free diagnosis, and would be prepared to contribute to whoever might offer some help, in order to offset their outlay etc. If I could see a demo then I might invest in the thing too, but it looks a bit tricky from all the posts. Feedback anyone?? Don't mind travelling a bit if not too far.... |
