Welcome,  I've got a feeling  you could be Scottish.  We only  need    another  3  members and we could demand  Devolution, a separate  Scottish Scorpio Board.

Nah, only kidding , these Southerners are all right really,  you just can't make out their accents!

why oh why...whenever I go north of the border and put the radio on in the scorp do i get music that sounds like the theme tune to "captain pugwash" ;)
It dosent matter what station I tune to....there it is ,
diddly de, diddle de, de diddle diddle diddle de.
you know the tune maties ::)
Its either that or wee jimmie shan and the white heather club...aaaaahhhhh! or dare I mention Andy Stewart.
If this dosent start off a new border war, i dont know what will. ;D

Oddly enough if you rebuilt H's wall high enough to keep people out I'd be on the Northern side of it.
The course of the Wall runs smack through the centre of Newcastle on it's way West... nowhere near today's border.

Not much of that there fortification left aroond my way now though... the occasional ghost of a Roman Centurion in the College where I work though, they built a lift smack where there used to be some sort of milecastle and occasionally the lift goes up and down on it's own. We say it's the Centurion found a better way up to the top of the wall.. ;D

Vulcan, my other half hails from wallsend & she tells me that the wall used to go right along the back of the back to back when she was a tiddler. All gone now of course.
We also work in a college...(cue music to twilight zone)
Ferret ;)
