Oh and by the way ,how do you get a picture to appear underneath your name on your posts? :-/ I know it's something to do with http jobby but can anyone explain 'simply' how it's done? ???

hi there

you need to 'host' the picture somewhere like http://www.photobucket.com then post a link to it in your profile. the picture needs to be a small size, though. hopefully, others will know more about it.

Click on the bits 'n' bobs to edit your profile...
At the botttom, there's the section for your signature...
If you type [img] the link to your hosted pic, and then [img] again your picture will now magically appear. :)

Well thats how I've just done mine anyway.

Note: I will remove mine soon to save giving evryone the hump. This was for a demo only.

You must have to update the pic every now and then.
Because I tried it first and it wouldnt happen.
Then I updated the pic and it worked.

try reducing the picture by 50%....
if you used photobucket,they have this option on your album page..

Ive not used photobucket before but if it has a shrinking duffer Ill give it a go.

IT'S VERY EASY TO USE,AFER YOU UPLOAD THE PICS,CLICK THE EDIT OPTION ABOVE THE PIC,WHEN THAT OPENS,THE SECOND OPTION DOWN IS ALREADY TICKED TO MAKE THE PIC 50% SMALLER,CLICK THE REDUCE OPTION,THEN UPLOAD THE PIC TO THE SITE FROM THERE......

ANY OTHER HELP.JUST LET ME KNOW....

I've just added mine too, unfortunately I can't see what it looks like, I only get a white box with a cross in it. ???

Can anybody see it? and how do i fix it? :)

have you followed the above instructions? what's your picture saved as? gif or jpeg? where's it hosted? if you send me the photo, i'll put it in my photobucket a/c and send you a link to try.

Followed instructions and used photobucket account. Ticked the box "I have my own pic" and the photobucket address. Thought i should mention that i can't see Baz's picture either, it is the same.
