cap someone look up and see if there is a part number for the plastic ford sign in the centre of the caps.

hi-i have one but its the darker blue-not sure where i aquired it .so cant help with part no.any use to you or you replacing them all.

hi stan

i'm trying to replace them all if possible. i'm getting my wheels done and the have to strip the centre caps (colour/finish change).

i'd like to fit new ones as the wheels will be 'as new'.

The centre caps all come as one item with the badge attached already.

think i recall the granada,or the escort cosworth listed it on the micro111 seperate,cant check mines dead.

Baz is quite correct just spoke to friend who works for Ford and regretably they are not available as a seperate item.

It is the same on all of the ford models. I have just checked the Escort Cosworth too. there are different types of hub covers available; some small some large but not just the badges. Try Ebay, there is bound to be someone selling an equivilant part

Andrew, My son in law got a set of 'Ford' transfers off E-Bay and put them in the centre of some wheel trims. I have to say that they really do set the trims off and look as if they are the 'genuine' article.

that's what i might have to do. i've a few printers near me. i'll need to see if they can make them small enough and at what cost.

btw, they're a sticker with a plastic 'shield' over them.

try http://www.fivestarclassics.com they do a lot of replacment badges,they might give you a price.even make up the right styled plastic encased badge.if they or any printers you are trying need to do a job lot not just 4,would be willing to help split costs with you.

Andrew, I've just checked the two spares I have here. The badge measures 46mm by 17mm and appears to be exactly as you describe. Will try and find out on Sunday where he got them. Have looked on e-bay and a firm in Glenrothes have some large ones BUT say they can do other sizes. E-Bay no. 803532060.

i'm trying to buy a set of caps from ebay. seems like most newer fords use them.

then just a case of steaming them off and glueing onto mine.
