can some one tell me how some brand new cars,namely the mini one, some peugeots, scooby doo,s and many others can drive at night on pathetic side lghts only.what happened to the lighting regs concerning dim dip.none of my fords can drive on side lgts alone as when the engine is running dipped lgts are on?
While i,m on my pedestal what an annoying habit has crept in, whilst stationary in traffic every body now sits with their foot on the brake, dammed annoying on a wet night. What do other members think?

Who knows? maybe a sudden influx of people have bought automatics.
