Hi Everyone,

Im Aidi from Leeds, West Yorkshire, really like the site and thought I would join up which i did yesterday, I drive a 1995 Scorpio Ultima 2.9 12v V6 with 80k on the clock and I love it to bits, only had it for 2 months now, got it for a great bargain, have to be honest it has to be one of the nicest cars I have driven for comfort.

Anyway thought i would come on with my first post of im sure will be many to say ello to everyone.

Also seems to be loads of scorpios in Leeds, have seen 7 or 8 in last two days.

heres my baby, sorry parked it right upto fence so couldnt get a decent pic of it, but i will tomorrow, it looks black but its a very dark green.

Just looking around at the minute for some different wheels for it.

What colour is that, mate? Tourmallard or Loden?

Just thinking about my colourpack for the next virtual Scorpio :).

Nice car you have there, I don't think the phonedial wheels look as bad as some people do but the 12 spokes are nice ;) and the towbar is a good deterrent at traffic lights, trust me ;).

No i like the phone dials but would love a set of 12 spokes on it, towbar was on when i got it, was thinking about taking it off and putting it on ebay to be honest.

so is anyone else from my neck of the woods? or am i alone - lol

Essex boy here mate but sure somebody must be ;).

I thought it was Loden, only ever saw one Scorpio in that colour and thought it looked nice, I thought I remembered it being a shade lighter though :)

right i know this might be a totally stupid question but!

The car has always run a little lumpy on tick over, it kind of drops revs for a split second then comes back, then drops a little again etc etc gives it a lumpy feeling, I disconnected the battery yesterday then reconnected which hasnt chenged anything, the next job i was going to do is clean the MAF HOWEVER, when looking at MAF cleaning on the website it has come to my attention mine looks nothing like the photos you have on the site, mine seems to have two pipes from the air filter and no MAF looking thingy anywhere, can anyone Helpppppppppppppppp

And spanner demon thanks for the welcome, Leeds hasnt changed a bit, still grey, still wet and very bl**dy cold.

Welcome to the site, I used to live in Leeds, but have lived in France for the last 3 years.
