Ouch :-/

You could buy the whole car for that...and get the doors for free ::)

I have to be honest and say that I don't think the price is excessive.

You are getting 4 COMPLETE pristine doors, glass, interior and exterior trim, mirrors, switches, motor winders, door handles, probably locks and possibly even keys for those locks.

Yes, you COULD buy a Scorpio for that, but if you'd had a knock, and only needed a couple of doors.......

I know we all like a bargain, but I dread to think what 4 complete doors with all the components, (as being advertised) would cost from Ford. I doubt you'd get much change out of £500.00 or even more + VAT.

4 bare door shells would be more than the £200.00 asking price.

I think it's a very fair price.  ;)

I agree with SD, the doors certainly look good and I know the work involved with taking them off, the gear is going to be all there including the looms lights glass etc etc.  Even if you fit the doors as is you would have all this gear off the old doors as spares or re-sellables...
Yes I think it's fair...

One slight problem though....the photos are taken with the doors sitting on concrete....so aren't they going to be scrapped on the bottom ?  :-/

Should have put them on a rug  :)

I'd have put them on a nice bed of cotton wool, played soft music to them, and put some nice flowers there to keep the ants away.

With a confusing auction like that, then I'm not surprised there were no bids  :)
