This is not racist - Can you imagine any Muslim country building a Christian place of worship that would cost as much as this when there's a lot more UK people who REALLY need help in so many different ways? I can't & I know that it would not happen...

The whole thing sounds like a load of proganda being stirred up by the media, & it probably won't happen :-/

I think most normal down to earth Muslims, who are happy with their way of life in this country would probably oppose it.....it's just the minority radical Muslim crap stirrers with religious superiority complexes, who think this country should be governed by 'Sharia Law' that are probably pushing this idea forward, knowing that the looney lefty's are behind them & the Blair/Brown goverment are too scared to say anything for fear of losing votes..... ::)

If the people that want to build this temple are prepared to buy the land at the going price & pay for the building themselves, then by all means, let them do it....but if they want to use my taxes, then they can go to hell & I'll gladly sign the petition :P
