Can one of you computer-literate types (aka clever so and sos) explain how to add links to emails and postings. Words of 1 syllable (max!) PLEASE.
I keep seeing a link highlighted in the forums or it will say "HERE" in a different colour.
How DO you do that? ???

For one thing, I want to be able to share Jonnycab's Portugal barnfinds with friends by email.

If you haven't yet read it, have a look.
It's INCREDIBLE. :o

the way you do it is given in the HELP (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/YaBBHelp/posting.html) but for you i will try to explain here. You put ( square bracket ) HERE (http://(put in here the web address of the link , all of it Http etc etc ) finishes it off... it is quite easy when you find out how... you can always preview your message if click reply on the post rather than use the quick reply option.
so it will look like this url=http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk] HERE [/url I have let off the first and last brackets to stop it working.

With hindsight, I should have checked that first but didn't think of it being there.
Many thanks for instructions. I shall try that and see how I go on with it.
