Sounds like a reasonable P/X deal.......

.......4 newly reburbished wheels & caps, delivered to your door & when you've had the tyres fitted they will pick-up your old scratched up wheels for a total cost of £205 all in :)

It does state Mondeo wheels, but they are Scorp wheels (no lip on the edge of the rim).

Reasonable at first glance... Not totally convinced after reading the FAQ's ???

must admit it sounds expensive to me, over 200 quid, then you need tyres, then you lose your old wheels, all for tarted up second hand ones. if you troll through ebay you can normally get a better deal that'll include tyres....

I was thinking about any members/enthusiasts who may want brand new looking wheels ;)

A wheel costs about £40 - £50 to get refurbished, so that's £160 at least to start with. Then you have transport costs (if you're far away)....lets say £30 postage for a set of wheels :)
So there & back would cost you in the region of £60.....already a total of £220 plus.....plus they come with refurbed hub covers as well :)

If you get your present wheels reburbished, you're up on bricks for a week ???....

This way you can put your old tyres on the new rims the day they arrive ;)

As for your old scratched/curbed/dented/bent alloys....they really aren't worth much in that state ;)

Also, it's cheaper than this other second hand Ebay alternative....

Someone had a cracking set of ultima wheels, (loads of spokes) for £31! scratched slightly here & there but what do you want for that kinda money! It came with skins but two were worn. Sadly the auction ended earlier today
