hase a member been useing 3 broadand mobile modem .started using january good at first but hase got so slow and lost reception

Hi There! Would it be best to take the equipment back to the shop? Surely the modem is a device that will connect you exclusively to 3 and would be in their best interest to keep you connected and happy? :)

Mobile based modems are notoriously rubbish - unless they have a crystal clear signal, they return rubbish rates or even just keep disconnecting every few minutes.

Worth checking with the provider about signal strenght in you area
