am i a numpty or what ? got in the scorp this morning for a drive to peterbro , put the cd player on , started listening to a bit of rod stewart when i noticed the cd jumping all over the place , but not in the middle of a song but track 1 would finish and it would jump to track 14 then 7 then 18 etc etc , it was driving me nuts so i pulled into cambridge services and stared to take discs out to give a clean and make sure the player was ok , but to no avail , so i gave up carried on driving when about 20 minutes later i noticed the shuffle button on the stereo ...................ive had the car for nearly 2 years and never ever noticed it .......boy did i fell a complete plonker ::)

I know someone who took a CD back to the shop because there were "traffic reports" recorded over the top of it ;)

Saying that i was a complete numptie today put the scorp in reverse , no prob put it in drive it stalled. spent the next 10 mins trying to start it but nothing . I was seeing pound signs in front of my eyes for a repair job. /then i realised that it was still in drive . What a total ??***!! Plonker

tonyboy , been there done that !!when i first pasted my test i borrowed my dads 2.8ghia x i granada , stopped to get petrol , and couldnt work out why it wouldnt start , started to panick that i`d put diesel in or something sat there for ten minutes before i phoned my old man to tell his car was broken , had cars behind me shouting and hollering at me , which was when i noticed that id left it in "D" :-[ :-[ :-[

A friend of mine's wife was driving in glasgow,and was pulled over by the boys in blue..for going through an amber light. after tailing her for almost,well lets say a good 5mins to get her to stop...she finally pulls over and awaits the police officer..by this time she s a nervous wreck.the police man says you know why we ve stopped you, no she replied... he says : to her in the back of the car and walks casually back to his own patrol car..as he does ,she gets out and jumps in the back...and sits and sits and sits..well by now she'd been sitting in the back of her OWN CAR for a good 10 mins..she turns around and sees both officers clumped over the dashboard of their own car shoulders shrugging up and down with laughter... they could nt stop laughing at her going into the back of her own car.. this was the 1st time ever she'd been pulled over by cops..and probably the most memorable. ;D ;D
ps they let her off.with offence!!! ::)
