Title: Why do birds use my car for target practice? Post by wolfblood on Aug 25th, 2009, 4:19pm Am I the only one this happens to? I have a telegraph pole outside my house and on a normal day no bird muck is anywhere on the tarmac. But if I park beside it you can guarantee my car will be speckled by the feathered rodents in the morning. I wouldn't mind so much if the birds roosted there normally but they don't or the floor would be plastered when the car is not there. |

Title: Re: Why do birds use my car for target practice? Post by Geoff_W on Aug 25th, 2009, 4:33pm Birds sit on the telegraph wire, hot air from your car rises and they get comfy, they settle in for the night and just before they nod off....... ;D |

Title: Re: Why do birds use my car for target practice? Post by tonyboy on Aug 25th, 2009, 7:12pm I park my car under a telegragh pole, and i have to say that when i used have an astra estate the birds used the car as a toilet, every day it was covered in droppings. But since iv'e had the scorpio there has not been a lot of dirty business, just a little. Maybe the pidgeons have something against Vauxhalls.... |
