Evening everyone. Im after some help please ::). Would someone be so kind as to tell me how i go about posting pictures without the aid of a photo hosting site. TBH im absolutley useless when it comes to these computa-ma-bobs, so if you can use termanology that a thick brummie could grasp i would be eternally gratefull. I have took a few snapshots of last nights mids meet & would like to share them with you all ( plus the fact i can finally get a couple of shots of the cossie on here now it's finished) ;). A thousand thanks in advance...craig :)

i use photobucket , its very easy , trust me if i can use it anyone can :)

Hi all. Me again ::) ::) ::). Still need help & the wife says " i need to work this out for myself & come out of the dark ages" >:( ( typical blonde ). anyhoo i've managed to sighn up with photo bucket & somehow have uploaded a couple of images ( dont know how i managed it ). So my next question is......How do i post them on here ? ? ? . I have already re sized them ( i think ) to 640 x 480 mp, so as i dont wake up with a severed cartoon dogs head on the pillow in the morning ;) ;). Almost there...just a bit more help . Thanks ...Craig :)

hi there

click the 'insert image' button above the icons.

it will then put this in the post... [img][/img]

from your photobucket page, copy the direct link (it will appear under your photo if you hover on it) and put it BETWEEN the [img] in here [img].

Thanks scorpio man. Waaayyyy to technical for me. :-/. Im taking the wife out for lunch tomorrow as to butter her up ;). Im sure after she has shown me about 30 times & repeatedly beaten me with the keyboard i'll get the hang of it . Thanks for all your help chaps. I'll get there in the end. OK just as a trial for you if you hover over my avatar and right click it will come up with a lisy of options ( just as it would on photobucket) left click the copy image location and the left click in between the img img bit and it will say paste , l;eft click that and the image will be inserted when you post the message http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/YaBBImages/avatars/xena.gif see! its easy

;D ;D ;D. Baz, you know me soooooo well ;). Well as im sure some of you have already seen i havent quite got the hang of it yet...But im getting there ::) ::). Thanks to all for the advice & Scorpio Man for coming to my rescue in my hour of need ;). You do realise now though , that there will be no stopping me when i finally get this thing mastered ( Apart from snoopys " Banned" button ) ;D ;D ;D
