I bought another Corsair back in December; but this was no ordinary Corsair, it was a Corsair with only 1938 miles on the clock..... from new!!

It had been bought as a second car back in 1968 and used practically never until being stored sometime in 1976.

This was it when I bought it

A lot of graft and ebaying to find the bits!!

It is exactly the same car as RGH537E which I also have but that car is a long way from completion! (in fact you can see it in the garage behind on the 3rd photo!)

And yes; technically it is still "running in"!!!

There was a Corsair estate for sale at a car show last year,I took a photo to email you,and completely forgot,what a berk !!

No worries Gozz, I know you are a busy chap!! Was it a white estate by any chance? I probably know of it TBH because there are currently only about a dozen or so examples known to exist now

That looks fantastic Baz....I wish my old MK1 Granny was in such good nick. Time is really starting to take it's toll on the old girl & I'm finding it difficult to find the time & money to keep her looking good....Classic car ownership is an expensive & time consuming hobby, as I'm sure you know Baz ;)
