Well the old Focus oil burner has just clocked up 200,000 miles :-/
Wonder if the Scorpio will get that far ::)

Anyone else got a high miler ?

my 2lt 16v is on 149,400 at the moment and still going strong(hope i aint put a bock on it now!!!)

My 1995 2.0 16v is now on 162,000 and ticks over quite nicely. Lee

My 1996 2.3 16v Auto has only done 147,000 :(

I have a Mk3 Granada facelift 2.0 dohc only a few miles away from 200k

My first diesel managed 255,000 before someone drove into it on the M25 which was a shame as it was in very good condition bodywise & mechanically. I still have it and it continues to donate parts to keep my others alive and running for the last 4 years :)

My current diesel is on 206,000 and does 600-800 miles a week and long may it continue to do so!

Hi Matt, I have a few spare injectors but they're of unknown mileage & condition internally & don't look the best on the outside either, I'd just kept them on the shelf as emergency spares if I had to replace one at short notice.

Geoff W had a 2 litre petrol which had somewhere in the region of 240,000 on the clock before a bus rearranged it into a fiesta ;D

My `96 2.3 petrol has only done 126.500, and you cant hear it running from inside the car. Good job theres a rev counter!
Going by the other mileages I hope to get at least another five years out of it. Its still a head turner at traffic lights, and I often get people admiring it in car parks lamenting on how they wish they`d never got rid of theirs.
I`ve had Triumph mayflowers, Humber Super Snipe, 3 Rover 3.5 SD1`s, and a 3.4 `63 Jaguar and even a Standard Vanguard phase Two, but none of them have given me as much pleasure as the Scorp. Yes, you could say that I`m a fanboy!

way behond most of you only got 118k on the car. Highest I had was a bmw with180k on it still behind though. But I tend to go through cars like hot dinners.
