Just done that Snoopy 8) A male pensioner was speaking to a Radio 2 presenter yesterday saying that he didn't need tax or heating allowances,and the money should be given to young people with children ::) a fortunate old boy indeed.As I remember,we chose to have children,but not to become aged.
I left my government beer money pension alone until reaching 70 because they said a lump sum would then be coming my way.When it arrived the sods had taken a fifth of it for tax >:(
And to think I voted em in,though all politicians are of a similar confused and desperate ilk :o

my wife is absolutely spitting ,she,s just been told she won,t get her OAP till she,s 66!

This petition is praiseworthy but too unwieldy. Entered in the load of info required but then encountered the dreaded "type in these words" which you can never read. :(
At the end of the day, will it make any difference?
These tossers think they know best about everything and it's everybody else that's out of step. Look no further than the NHS proposals.
At least they've done a U-turn on storing petrol in Jerry cans. Doh.
