Have we been inflicted with advert software???? Getting lots of "keyword Highlighting" and boxes popping up everywhere!

Aye. Some words are double-underlined, and in green. Site is a touch slower.

Can we get it off please or everyone will be using adblockers and firefox when coming here!!

Tried looking with AdblockPlus switched off and I get the Adbrite stuff, switched it back on and Adbrite all disappeared.

Gentlemen...and Baz.....I suspect this has something to do with the red ink at the top of the page. Steve,who owns the site, has been contacted so we must await his response. ;)

Well I screwed that up didn't I :)

Google canceled the ads that we had with them due to 'illegal ad click activity' - that's all they would say so I had to find another ad service as we need the funds to pay for the server. Donations have dropped away over the last few months as more Scorps go to the big melting pot in the sky.

When I set up the account I inadvertently enabled 'in-line ads' which turned out to be those really nasty green underlined words.

Hopefully they have no gone for good and we should just have a simple banner ad at the bottom of the page.

I'm just trying to keep the site afloat without it costing me an arm and a leg.

Thanks Guys - that was appreciated!

Doing OK thanks Baz - the heat has already started as we officially got to 100F last week and are heading for the 115F's now until mid September! Last year we hit 122F for a whole week so the air conditioning gets a workout :)

Just sold my Dodge Ram pickup - had the 5.4L 345hp Hemi engine - it was getting a bit expensive to run @ 13mpg and gas (petrol) is now $4 a US gallon - so now have a PT Cruiser BUT I STILL MISS MY COSSIE!!!
