Well I'm down on the V5c as the first owner of my 1967 Corsair 2000E and that has only 2600 miles on the clock from new!!!

If that thing is worth a £2000 starting bid in that condition  :o, then how much d'ya reckon my 3.0 Ghia might be worth if I was to consider putting it up for sale ?

There is no comparison JC,I'll be bloody amazed if anyone is barmy enough to pay that sort of money for a poor old burned mess like that  ::)

I concur.   I've got a friend that has a really lovely Ghia Coupe.   It has about 110k miles on it but no rust after a re-furb about 6 years ago.   Could get £3k for it, in fact he couldn't even sell it!   He still has it in storage now, and of course it will now need a bit of work mechanically to get it back on the road.   He's not selling though, been put off!

After much deliberation & due to a mixture of my recent knee operation (still recovering) & dodgy lower back, coupled with a lack of enthusiasm (main reason to be honest) & possible insanity, I've decided to sell my MK1 Granny as soon as I get it MOT'd  :'(

It'll be hard to see it go, but after 15 years of ownership, I think it's time that someone took it off my hands & gave it a new lease of life (it's been sitting outside my house with a cover on for the last 2 years)  :(

If anyone is interested or knows anyone that is interested, then you can PM me with a contact number & I will get back to you. It'll probably be going on Ebay within the next month  :)

I sold my MK1 Granada yesterday  :'(.....I got close to what I wanted for it though  :)

It's being picked up on Saturday by a transport company & being low-loaded 150 miles up the road to Birmingham. The guy that's bought it used run the MK1 owners club.....so it's going to a good home  :)

That blue one I posted a picture of managed to get to £1700.... it has been listed a few times in the past few weeks and never yet met the reserve.

Obviously Granadas aren't making the money they were a few years ago.

I would have bought the blue one but I am doing up a couple of rental houses we bought so funds are limited!
