Hi everyone
As some of you know i am going to pick up a 24v very soon and the milage is only 24-25k. Just wondering if anyone has any lower? or even high milage scorpios. Just being nosy really :D

Amazing mileage.

I had a 2 litre with about 63 miles on it but that was one of the launch cars back in 1995 ;D

My 2.5 has just reached 124k.

One of my Cossies has 325k ticks over like a watch :)

wow nice one. i would love to of had one from new :D 325k!! its doing well. How much has it got left in it then mate? Sounds like alot left.

I've got a 2.3 LPG just about to tick over 195k...

Whn isent my 2.3 estate to the big garage in the sky she had clocked 410095MILES albeit she was and still is the bast and most comfortable CAB i every owned.Sorry she was an "R" reg.

wow just shows you how great these cars are :) our old 2.3 had done 169k before we got our cossie that was on 88k.

Dan, unsure how long it will continue. However, i drop the oil and change filter every 6k. So far so good. Always use WOT on start-up as well.

Wide Open Throttle. Make sure WOT relay is in place before doing this. iirc Relay 24. Basically floor the throttle on start up till oil pressure light goes out. On 24v it shouldn't fire up. Then start as per usual.

No probs. Helps the oil get to the heads before a cold start.

Gost. I bought a 2.3 estate that already had been converted, it had failed an mot on welding. My friend fits LPG kits for a living for a living and did the swap for me for £200.
I sold parts of the car and weighed the rest in, in the end the conversion cost me nothing as the LPG one only cost £250.
