I will be picking up a '98 Ultima next week. However, I noticed that the door open alarms on the dash display show that the front doors are open. The dealer says that the switches are faulty. He looked into getting them fixed but said that in order to that, the two door locks have to be replaced costing in the region of €200 per lock. So the dealer is just going to disconnect the switches so they never light up. Anyone know of an easy fix to this minor problem?
