SORRY GUYS,BUT ANYBODY KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS,

BEEN OUT THIS AFTERNOON PUTTING THE NEW FACELIFT GRILL ON,ALL WAS GOING PRETTY WELL UNTILL I WANTED TO BOLT IT ON,ON THE TOP OF THE NEW GRILL,THERE ARE FOUR THREADED HOLES,WHICH DO NOT LINE UP WITH THE HOLES IN THE BONNET,I'M ASSUMING FORD DO A KIT OF SOMEKIND,BECAUSE ALL BONNETS ARE THE SAME RIGHT,BUT THE TWO GRILLS APPEAR TO BE FITTED DIFFERENTLY,BONNET RELEASE,2 OUTSIDE BOLTS,AND THE 2 STAYS THAT SUPPORT THE BOTTOM OF THE GRILL ARE FINE,IT'S JUST THE 4 BOLTS ALONG THE TOP.........................................
ANY IDEA'S ANYONE ?

has now been sorted out,but if anyone can make use of this........
when buying a facelift grill to replace the prefacelift,make sure you have EVERYTHING,if you go to ford the grill actually comes in approx 4 parts,and all are seperately priced (beware),anyway to fit the new shape grill to the car you will require a bracket that bolts to the grill,and this is then bolted to the car,otherwise the holes will not line up.......
price for the bracket £11.27........

just an afterthought,next time you do see a facelift grill,look closely at the chrome insert running around the middle,then go to ford and price this........
after the smelling salts have worked
