If i turn the fan control to off, the blowers still pump out air. The fans respond when i turn it to auto or if increase the dial to a higher setting. It just won't turn off. Any ideas?

Hmm, sounds some like mine... Fans stop, but it still blows air into the coupe...

Hi got same problem heater fan on all time. seems to be set on auto. Ford man says climte control compter u/s
not sure myself trying to gain access to fan switch in dash. if you want to turn fan off completly under hood on top of heater box disconect righthand (battery)set of wires.

this sounds as if your HBC has gone faulty, you can test it on http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/acindex.htm

Hi, I also got problems with my heater/blower controls! The blower fan is running full speed, all the time the ignition is on, no matter what settings, the controls are set to! Does anyone have any ideas, as it is driving me round the twist, listening to the noisy fans, all the time!! lol. Cheers!
