Title: fuses Post by steve345 on Apr 6th, 2004, 5:58pm the thingy in the garage my car was in has steamed cleand my engine yes it sounds good but all the fuses keep blowing i have look at the fuse box but cant see any water were should i be looking i hear that this a common fault on this tipe of car gone through about 12 fuses all ready help |

Title: Re: fuses Post by daven on Apr 6th, 2004, 6:21pm AFAIK the fusebox has multiple layers under the fuses - maybe the short is there, maybe a hairdryer will help (leave over night as well). I assume the fuses blow as soon as you turn the key, indicating the short is at the fusebox and not the component! Good luck Daven |
