Does anyone have experience of this relay stopping the voltage getting to the A/C compressor, when the engine is running normally?  I have 12 volts through to this relay, but for some reason it seems to be pulsing, and not letting the power through.  Car is '96 2.3 Ultima with SATC. All other switches in the circuit check out OK.

The Scorpio 95+ may have either Air Conditioning or Climate Control, which is referred to as Semi Automatic temperature control (SATC) by Ford.
