Anybody know what the purple disc is on the top of the dashboard (drivers side)

Hi Yes this is all part of climate control, it is an ultra violet sensor that detects sunlight and and adjustments via the computer kick in.

I wonder how many non scorpio owners walk past one in a car park and wonder what it is? If I had a quid for every time someone in my car has asked what it is i'd be rich! (well, id have at least a fiver anyway)

And I'd have 3 quid! I think most people assume its some sort of alarm thing. Like an aftermarket jobby. :(

Well, I was going to say stop putting your leaking coffee cup there and clean your dash off, but the UV sensor is really interesting. Cool!

Can I get one?
